Divine View Homestay - Ella

The rooms were newly designed and fantastic with stunning views, surpassing all expectations of a wonderful stay.

We were given a double room, it was extremely pleasant and immaculate. The hotel was in a great location really close to the township, Divine View Homestay, and the rail tracks.

This place is a great home base for visiting key attractions, with incredibly friendly and outstanding staff - it's my go-to accommodation in the area.

This place offers brand-new and spotless accommodations with comfortable beds and spacious balconies, a variety of delicious meal choices, a warm family ambiance, and helpful and friendly staff.

We had an incredible stay at Divine View Homestay in Ella. the view from the terrace was absolutely divine, especially in the morning while enjoying the best breakfast in Sri Lanka. the host family was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even had the pleasure of trying their remarkable chicken and vegetable curries for dinner. the location was great for hiking, with a Buddhist temple and a path along the railway offering shortcuts to various sites. We highly recommend this homestay for its warm hospitality and stunning views.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a cozy bed and a refreshing rain shower in the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, especially the coconut pancakes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions like Ella Rock and Nine Arches Bridge. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even arranging train tickets for us. we highly recommend this homestay for a wonderful stay in Ella.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have a spacious balcony, with great WiFi, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The view from the balcony was to die for, I felt like I was on top of the world. The breakfast was simply divine, especially the coconut pancakes.

Can't think of anything, my experience was absolutely flawless.

We had an amazing stay with excellent staff and unmatched hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge. The view from our patio was amazing, overlooking the mountains and a waterfall. The hotel's location was perfect, great for easy access to explore various sites in the city center. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort and even connected a generator during power outages. the fast wifi was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

This place is conveniently located near the town center, train station, and railway tracks, with a super friendly and amazing staff, making it a great property to stay at.

Absolutely loved this place! The highlight was the breathtaking sunrise view from our private balcony. The family was incredibly friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the spacious room had all the amenities we needed. A short walk from town. A few minor bathroom issues, but nothing major. Would highly recommend! .

What a wonderful Christmas experience! the family room was perfect for us, with a spacious terrace and breathtaking view. We loved waking up to birdsong and watching the beautiful sunrises. the generous breakfast brought to our terrace every morning was absolutely delicious and varied. Plus, the location was ideal, with a shortcut to town along the train track right from our back door. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. We also loved the spacious bathroom and the good shower in our room.

Our room on the ground floor didn't offer a nice view and there was limited privacy due to constant foot traffic outside our balcony. the wifi in our room stopped working the next day and when we notified the staff, they never came back to address the issue.

We loved our stay at Divine View Lodge! We were here for 3 nights and it was just perfect. The breathtaking view of Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak from the balcony was amazing. The room was well-equipped with a huge bed and a nice mosquito net. The bathroom had a fantastic rain shower. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and vegetables from their own garden. The host and his family were very friendly and helpful. a stay at Divine View Lodge is a must when visiting Sri Lanka. 10 of 10!
